30 sec work: 15 second rest
Exercises:
High Knees
Burpees
Mountain Climbers
Jump Squats
Push-ups (on knees or standard)
High Plank with opposite ankle taps

Rest for 3 min & Repeat 3x!

Killer Abs

Bicycle Crunches
Deadbugs
Elbow Plank
Leg Raises 
Flutter Kicks
Side Plank (on each side)
